Chicken Parmesan Recipe
A staple in every good cook’s arsenal is a chicken parmesan recipe. Here is an easy to make but delicious recipe you can impress friends family, or a date with.

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- Buttermilk
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 6 Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
- Tomato Sauce
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
- Wisk and egg then add chicken and buttermilk to cover
- Soak the chicken in the buttermilk
- Preheat Fryer to 350 degrees.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl add an egg and whisk it.
- In a second bowl, melt butter.
- Add bread crumbs to melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Dip chicken one piece at a time into the egg coating both sides.
- Let excess egg drip off then add to bread crumbs and cover both sides. Set aside.
- Repeat until all chicken is breaded.
- Fry chicken in batches for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Place chicken on baking sheet and add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy over pasta or get a roll and make it a sub.
